Shalinda has always loved being active. She was also known as the “girl that worked out” but was always made fun of by her peers, being the “biggest” yet “weakest” although she “works out” a lot.

Having tried all sorts of fad diets, torturing herself doing endless hours of cardio and seeing results in neither performance or physique, Shalinda has come a long way in her fitness journey. With proper training and being mentally aligned with her goals, she eventually managed to achieve her fitness goals and physique. She’s been through the hard part - figuring out what works - now it’s time for her to show you what does for you!
