When it comes to health and fitness, Benicia is a firm believer in balance and consistency. Rather than seeing fitness as a targeted destination, she sees it as a continuous journey of self-discovery and improvement.
She lives by the motto “Never Back Down” and is unafraid to challenge the limits and expectations placed on women about what they can achieve. Having experienced bullying over her chubby physique and struggling through the initial stages of her fitness journey, which consisted of excessive cardio and food restriction, she understands how challenging and intimidating it may be when embarking on a fitness journey— especially without guidance. Having learned from her experiences, she champions for a holistic approach to wellness which prioritises both mental and physical health.
With her knowledge on fitness and artillery of wholesome recipes, Benicia hopes to be a pillar of support and guidance for her clients as they journey together on the path of wellness. While being there for you as a listening ear and source of encouragement, she will push you to be the best version of yourself both in and outside of the gym. Who says you can’t have fun while breaking a sweat or enjoy your meals as you are getting into shape?
