A strong advocate of strength, conditioning and mental wellness, Priscilla is all about bringing out the best in you through pushing your boundaries and embracing the power that is womanhood.

Having been through her own weight loss journey, her learning experiences has enabled her to bring out the confidence in her clients to them see themselves as top priority. She believes that having a strong mind is the first step to having a strong body.

Priscilla, coming from a culinary background, feels that it is as important to fuel your body with nutritious food as it is enjoying every tasty bite. Balance is key. She prides herself in creating effective diet plans, bringing you not only closer to your goal but ensuring you enjoy yourself every step of the way.

Her favourite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch. She calls it lunch.

Britteny Kazakewich

Britteny is a delightful ball of energy, has an infectious passion in fitness and an innate care for others. Having gone through her very own transformation journey in body, mind and spirit, she has a burning desire in helping women reach their greatest potential. After suffering a muscle problem and not being able to move her arm over head as well as suffering from lower back problems and having to go rehab, she realised the importance of ongoing strength training instead of having off and on cycles.

At her lowest point, Britteny dealt with weight issues and a shoulder/back problem. During this time, she worked with a trainer in resistance training and was able to regain strength. After surpassing strength curves, she was invited by a friend to join NBFA to compete in an International Fitness Show for the first time at age 35. While building up her knowledge in strength training, she decided to compete again at age 38, and received 3rd place in 2 categories. She was also a part of the National Bodybuilding and Fitness Association for 5 years as a Judge, and encouraging both young adults and seniors to live active and healthy lifestyles.

Understanding the challenges, process and overcoming them; to the health benefits, strength and personal fulfilment, she wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals too. Britteny wants to be your cheerleader and confidant. She wants you to know that she will be by your side as you go through your physical and mental challenges too, and help women from all walks of life realise you can start or start over at any age.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry under her belt, Teresa has improved the lives of women from various backgrounds, ages and fitness levels, in both mind and body. In her own personal life, she started out as someone who had a negative body image, hiding in her own skin.

Teresa craved to become the best version of herself and to be able to outwardly demonstrate that. That’s when she started exploring the gym life, learning the ropes of strength training from her mentors. Over time, she realized how much being strong externally made her even stronger internally, and went on to share this with others who were willing to better their health and well-being. She does this through effective customised coaching and positive lifestyle changes.

Over the years, Teresa has expanded her coaching experience into 1:1 personal training, yoga and CrossFit affiliates. As a passionate and accomplished trainer who uses her years of experience to make workouts fun and rewarding, She strongly believes that the answer to happiness and longevity is to be fully conscious of the body you’re in by making health a conscious choice.

Fun fact: She has won a planking contest with a time of over 30min, and aims for you to beat her at it!

Shalinda Beevi

Shalinda has always loved being active. She was also known as the “girl that worked out” but was always made fun of by her peers, being the “biggest” yet “weakest” although she “works out” a lot.

Having tried all sorts of fad diets, torturing herself doing endless hours of cardio and seeing results in neither performance or physique, Shalinda has come a long way in her fitness journey. With proper training and being mentally aligned with her goals, she eventually managed to achieve her fitness goals and physique. She’s been through the hard part - figuring out what works - now it’s time for her to show you what does for you!

Be it to lose fat, build muscle or just having more energy to run around with your kids, Shalinda will help align your training plan to your goals. With her strong passion towards effective training methods such as HIIT and functional training, she’ll make you not just feel and look your best, but most importantly ensure your workouts fun & purposeful.

Venetta is keen on moving. Lifting, swimming, climbing, Muay Thai — you name it, she’ll try it. She values new experiences in life, while staying true to the tenets of consistency and balance. She believes that when you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. And the best way to live a full life lies in mobility and movement.

Venetta firmly believes that food is fuel, and seeks to debunk the myths surrounding food intake, especially carbs. She wants to help women get stronger and feel more confident about themselves, in an environment that’s safe and comfortable for them.

Friendly and enthusiastic, Venetta will push you beyond what you think yourself capable of during her workouts, and you’ll never be the same.

Sky Ong

Sky is passionate about working with and helping others. She firmly believes in the importance of both mental and physical health. During her teenage years, Sky dealt with a lot of body image issues and hated what she saw in the mirror. She became obsessed with counting calories, the number on the scale, and what others thought about her. During this time, both her mental and physical health deteriorated. Having gone through a really dark time in her life, she is determined to use her experience to help others in a similar position. She went on to study and become a certified personal trainer, and is currently taking on a degree in counselling to improve her knowledge and skills in the mental health aspect.

Health is a journey and it needs to be sustainable. Having followed many online fads and believing in myths about fitness, Sky is committed to debunking such myths and helping others create a feasible and effective workout routine. Exercise should add to our lives and not take away from it. Sky aspires to show others that working towards your goals doesn’t have to be awful and you can still enjoy life while staying physically fit.

Exercise because your body deserves to be treated right and cared for, not because you have to.

Alicia Cheang

Having spent most of her adolescent years being on the chubbier side, Alicia often felt lethargic and sometimes depressed. Things began to turn around when she decided to take control of her physical and emotional state and embark on a more active lifestyle. She did everything she thought she could, performing high intensity workouts 7 days a week. Unfortunately due to lack of proper know-how and guidance, improper form and insufficient rest resulted in an injury that required surgery; a setback in her fitness journey.

Upon recovery, Alicia decided to engage a personal trainer to help her get back on track. She looked forward to every session as her trainer constantly motivated and pushed her to limits she didn’t realise she could reach, while avoiding injury.

Alicia developed much more confidence and after a period of time, saw not only a transformation in her physique and increase in strength, but, most importantly, a huge improvement in her mental and emotional health.

Now, as a fitness trainer herself who walked this journey and feeling happier and fitter, Alicia is inspired to help equip and empower other women who also seek a better quality of life both physically and mentally. She understands and empathizes how your journey can be challenging, but with the right mindset and a buddy to encourage and guide you to greater heights every step of the way, it can be enjoyable and life changing!

Weiqian (WQ) never used to like what she saw in the mirror. She wanted to be strong, not skinny, and confident in her stride. With the encouragement of her friends, she decided to start going to the gym; the beginning of her fitness journey. You may even say it was love at first “experience”. She fell deeply in love with weight lifting. Strength training soon became an integral part of her life; Constantly challenging herself to lift heavier and educating herself on proper form to prevent injuries so that she could continue to do what she loved.

WQ believes in the concept of sustainability. No “3 weeks body transformation” or overly restrictive dieting had a place in her books; Such quick fixes only lead to a high chance of reversion. Her notion is to be active on most days and feed your body with food that fuels it, while allowing yourself to indulge in moderation.

WQ envisions to equip as many women as she can reach out to, with the knowledge of achieving their fitness goals without giving up on foods they love. She wants to help you get started and build a strong momentum to lead an active lifestyle. She also aspires to inspire more women to include resistance training as part of their lifestyle, and enjoy the benefits of building lean muscle.

When it comes to health and fitness, Benicia is a firm believer in balance and consistency. Rather than seeing fitness as a targeted destination, she sees it as a continuous journey of self-discovery and improvement.

She lives by the motto “Never Back Down” and is unafraid to challenge the limits and expectations placed on women about what they can achieve. Having experienced bullying over her chubby physique and struggling through the initial stages of her fitness journey, which consisted of excessive cardio and food restriction, she understands how challenging and intimidating it may be when embarking on a fitness journey— especially without guidance. Having learned from her experiences, she champions for a holistic approach to wellness which prioritises both mental and physical health.

With her knowledge on fitness and artillery of wholesome recipes, Benicia hopes to be a pillar of support and guidance for her clients as they journey together on the path of wellness. While being there for you as a listening ear and source of encouragement, she will push you to be the best version of yourself both in and outside of the gym. Felicia Ang

Having spent years being overweight with unhealthy eating habits, Felicia has gone through multiple diet and exercise fads to achieve her weight loss goals. However, it led to an unhealthy mindset of fitness and obsession with numbers on the scale (a big NO-NO).

After putting in time and effort to learn the science behind how to exercise effectively and eat healthier to fuel and nourish her body, she finally achieved her goals. In other words, she was happy and satisfied with herself. But the work does not stop there; Felicia is continuously learning to improve her fitness knowledge and physique. She aims to use her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals too.

Having worked as a sports development manager and managing Singapore Silat Federation for 6 years, she handles the coaching department by creating programs and curriculums catered to individual skill progression and education. Through the years, she has upgraded herself as a coach and transmits it into the programs of every client. Her aspiration is to guide women of any background to better themselves holistically.

If you need someone to talk to and be there for you outside our training grounds, Shehan would be the perfect companion. With her background in para counselling, she has the ability to adapt accordingly to her clients’ emotional needs and motivate them to reach their goals while enjoying the process.

Outside of the gym, Shehan enjoys online gaming, hanging out with friends and watching Kdramas on Netflix! Now you’ve someone to share the latest goss with during your rest time.

 

Joey Heng

Joey is a vivacious and friendly individual who has always been passionate about beauty and fitness.

In her teenage years, she struggled with her weight and decided to embark on a weight loss journey. With sheer determination and motivation, Joey managed to lose 10kg in just 2-3 months by relying on online workouts and self-imposed dietary restrictions.

However, this strenuous regimen eventually took its toll on her health, and she realized that she needed to adopt a more sustainable and balanced approach to fitness and dieting. Over the years thereafter, Joey worked tirelessly to transform her lifestyle, taking care to implement healthier habits that better suited her body and mind.

Her transformative journey inspired her to become a certified personal trainer, equipped with the knowledge and skills to help others achieve their fitness goals in a safe and sustainable manner.

Insyirah has been passionate in fitness for over 12 years. Her drive for promoting health and wellness took her through her nursing background, from which she transitioned into her current profession as a personal trainer upon getting certified in sports management.

Throughout her career, she constantly bettered her own self and clenched first place in over 6 powerlifting competitions, with professional guidance. With the knowledge and experience she gained throughout the years, she desires to help women alike achieve a training style that works best for them, coupled with a well balanced lifestyle that will minimise the risk of future health and physical related issues.

As a personal trainer, Insyirah is intuitive. She knows just what to offer her clients; a listening ear, a refined training strategy and everything in between.

On the rare occasion you find Syirah outside of the gym, you may find her enjoying some form of outdoor recreation or in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
