Having been through her own weight loss journey, her learning experiences has enabled her to bring out the confidence in her clients to them see themselves as top priority. She believes that having a strong mind is the first step to having a strong body.
Priscilla, coming from a culinary background, feels that it is as important to fuel your body with nutritious food as it is enjoying every tasty bite. Balance is key. She prides herself in creating effective diet plans, bringing you not only closer to your goal but ensuring you enjoy yourself every step of the way.
Her favourite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch. She calls it “:lunch”.
