The whole reason for me to start getting fit and being a better version of myself was mostly because of me getting hurt on the job far too often. The sprained ankle, shoulder to bad back all was because I didn't have the stamina and core strength I needed. I lack the discipline to go to the gym and thus I did some research and found what I was looking for. I got in touch with MSFIT and my life changed. They took into consideration all of my injuries and also past sports injuries that I've “collected” over the years and customised the workout sessions to strengthen those areas. My 1st month into the training, past the aches and pains I could see the differences in myself. I slept better, ate better. At work, the certain muscles in my shoulders or legs that were needed to lift things everyday, knew how and which to be activated so I didn't hurt my back, Or knees. The 2nd month into the training I realised I could go further, and my endurance got way better than I expected. I do travel a lot thus not allowing a lot of gym time but they keep me in check through msgs and my trainer continuously encourages me every day to reach my own personal targets. The dedication and promise to deliver goes far beyond what I expected. I am very thankful to have found MSFIT which has made a difference in my health and life.

I was mentally prepared to do personal training, I was already at that point where I have decided that I want to see real results and I couldn’t do it alone. I am physically fit per se, as I consider myself active doing other stuff like BJJ, Boxing, and MMA. However, these activities do not help me build the right muscles that I wanted to have. I was not really sure if I am doing the exercises correctly, posture wise. My right arm is weak due to an injury from BJJ, which also hinders me to lift heavy weights. I wanted to have a broader chest and have stronger arms.
My trainer always makes sure I’m doing the right exercise and guides me in training the right muscles and also pushes me to my limits. She also gives me healthy food ideas I can try at home. I am on my 12th PT session with and I could really see improvement as compared to when I initially started. Currently, I feel stronger, I can now do pull-ups w/o bands and lift heavier weights, and still maintain proper posture.
I also lost around 4 to 5 kg and dropped my body fat from 18% to 10.8%. I’m looking forward to more sessions with Pris.
I’d highly recommend MSFIT to others who wanted to get guidance in the gym. My trainer’s persistence always keeps me motivated and committed to continue the training. The expertise and guidance she provided have really been amazing and I could see myself progress as I gain more strength. Her diet suggestion also helped in faster muscle recovery.

My trainer is the toughest person I know!” I said to one of my oldest friends who had seen me through many phases of my life- skinny, fit, chubby, to grossly overweight. She had told me she could see a visible difference in 3 months.
That defines my journey with MSFIT personal training- I was at my lowest, physically and mentally and with two countries, changing jobs, new people, food etc. I ate my way through that stress until the day I just couldn’t look at myself in the mirror. The first day at trials, I could barely lift the 2kg dumbbell. I can clean press 20kg now, three months later. Through many check-ins and weigh-ins, they showed me that to see results I had to be patient and keep on trying and to not give. Sometimes you motivate yourself and sometimes you need that person telling you you can lift yet another kilo, or do two more squats, or go a little bit longer on the bike.
I said to her once jokingly, strong women stick together, because that’s how my trainer makes me feel- stronger today but better, fitter, faster tomorrow.

I was looking at pictures I took whilst on holiday and realized I had put on some weight and looked a little chunkier. I needed to do something about it and get back to shape since I'm hitting 40. I signed up for a 36 session package boy did it just fly by. Learned a variety of exercises using body weights too and that sparked off my renewed interest in "bodybuilding". I lost about 6kg during the training but I realized that the numbers on the scale aren't important but it's how you feel and how you look in the mirror. Friends and colleagues noticed the difference and it motivated me to continue on my journey. The trainers know how to motivate and push you every step of the way. I was initially hesitant to try out personal training because of the high cost and from hearing some bad reviews of PT in other gyms. But after training at MSFIT, I’m so glad I invested in this. My trainer is Super attentive and focused during training, and I love how she specifically tailors workouts to fit your needs. With my hubby’s much encouragement, I signed up for a personal trainer. I was introduced to Pris from MSFIT PT. My past injuries surfaced during workouts. She is able to change a workout to work my muscles around the injury areas. I feel stronger each week. She varies workouts each session to keep me interested. I always look forward to her sessions. Pris also gives me advice and tips on diet and how to reduce muscle tightness. She is the PT I can trust to achieve my personal goals.

Priscilla from MSFIT has been my trainer for over a year now. During the course of my training, I've lost weight and become stronger and fitter. She plans our sessions very well and makes sure the difficulty level of each exercise is increased steadily.
