MSFIT trainers are highly experienced, certified female personal trainers. Be it workouts or diet, we are here to help you initiate greater mindfulness toward your physical health, boost your morale for working out, and monitor your progress.

We follow a no-size-fits-all philosophy. During your very first gym session, we will complete an in-depth body composition and nutrition assessment to make sure every workout and diet plan you get is 100% tailored-made just for you.

Train wherever it suits you, on your schedule. With 2 All-Women gyms conveniently located opposite Clarke Quay MRT and Bugis Junction, you can choose where you want to have your workouts (even at your own home - we offer home training too).

Our methods extend beyond the 60min training sessions - specifically tailored to support you in various aspects of nutrition, post-workout recovery, mindset (+ stress management) and overall wellness.
